VisitNorfolk is a non-profit Destination Marketing Organization dedicated to helping both business and leisure travelers make the most of their visit to Norfolk, Virginia – “the heart of the Virginia Waterfront.”

Whether you’re just beginning to plan your trip or are already in town, our friendly visitor center staff is here to answer your travel questions online, over the phone, or in person at one of our two visitors’ center locations.

Meeting planners who are looking to make their meeting’s attendees’ experience the best it can be, will find that whether you are in the beginning stages of planning a meeting or have already set a date, our professional sales and convention services staff are available to help.

We urge you to take advantage of our publications – updated annually. Our Visitors Guide provides a comprehensive listing of accommodations in the area, restaurants, attractions, year-round calendar of events and maps.  In addition to the Visitor Guide we also provide our colorful rack brochure which provides a quick reference of the many activities in Norfolk, a downtown map and easy to follow directions to Norfolk. Our Group Tour Planner outlines festivals, attractions, restaurants, special tour packages and much, much more.
