This event brings thousands of sailors to the Norfolk waterfront along with U.S. and foreign dignitaries, and government and military leaders. Over these days, Norfolk and the U. S. Navy will bring tall ships, naval vessels, and the Blue Angels flight demonstration team to the port of Norfolk, home of the largest Naval Base in the world. This package includes a dinner with fireworks display, private tall ship visits, the largest and last U.S. battleship, the USS Wisconsin, a harbor cruise tour of the tall ships and international military grey hulls. There will be free time for exploring the entertainment, art, vendors and ships from around the world, also a part of this maritime outdoor festival.

Your tour begins with a visit to the World's Largest Naval Base, Norfolk Naval Station, followed by a tram tour of Norfolk Botanical Garden, where you'll experience over 30 themed gardens. End the day experiencing ocean life at the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center. The next day, you will walk aboard the Battleship Wisconsin, explore space at the Virginia Air & Space Center, and enjoy a lunch cruise aboard the Spirit of Norfolk. Then you are offered the choice of spending the day at Colonial Williamsburg or Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. Next, you are on your way to Washington, DC. Along the way, you will visit the Casemate Museum, The National Museum of The Marine Corps, and end the day with an Illuminated Monument Drive tour of Washington, D.C. at night. In Washington, D.C. your tour begins on Capitol Hill, with a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building, Library of Congress, and Supreme Court. Your day is not complete without a stop at Arlington National Cemetery; the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial; the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial; the Jefferson Memorial; The White House with a photo opportunity and the American History Museum. Arrive in Norfolk, Virginia for a welcome dinner cruise with entertainment and great food aboard the Spirit of Norfolk. The next day you will visit the Norfolk Naval Station, the World's Largest Naval Base and then head for a the beach for the annual Neptune Festival. This festival is a 30 block beach party with live music, a art show and blocks of live entertainment so wear your flip flops! Day three your tour includes the Old Coast Guard Station, the largest and last battleship the U.S.S.Wisconsin, and the Douglas MacArthur Memorial for a little bit of history mixed with fun! Then it is off to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. On arrival we'll visit the Wright Brother's National Memorial and explore Jockey's Ridge State Park. Day five will start with a drive down the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, where you will board the ferry for a leisurely cruise to Ocracoke Island with lunch and an island tour. Returning by ferry you will stop at the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the Chicamacomico Life Saving Station, and Bodie Island Lighthouse. Then you are off to Roanoke Island to browse, explore and have free time at Fort Raleigh and the Elizabeth Gardens. And the last day is spent in Corolla for free time to spend on the beach, shopping, or touring the Whalehead Club.

This package starts off with dinner and dancing cruise abroad the Spirit of Norfolk. You will have three evenings filled with lights, starting with a tram ride through the Norfolk Botanical Garden's "Garden of Lights" display; then a drive along the Virginia Beach boardwalk's "Holiday Lights at the Beach." You'll end your day with Colonial Williamsburg's "Grand Illumination." The "Grand Illumination" allows you to step back in time to see the fragrant handmade decorations and experience three displays of fireworks set off simultaneously. Along the way you will visit the Chrysler Museum of Art, theVirginia Living Star of Wonder Show,"Historic Jamestown, and Busch Garden's "Christmas Town." The trip concludes with a visit to the Berkley Plantation.
