Request for Proposals

Visit Norfolk (NCVB) requests proposals to audit their financial records for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2013, 2014, and 2015, and to audit their convention and meetings bookings statements for the calendar years ending December 31, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Further, Norfolk Tourism Research Foundation (NTRF) requests proposals to audit their financial records for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2013, 2014, and 2015. These are to be two separate proposals for these separate entities, although the winning bidder will be awarded both contracts.
