Pre-Event Planning
Our city and partners want to put your group center stage.  To do so, the Norfolk CVB convention services staff will put you in contact with the right people to make your event in Norfolk the best yet! A Convention Services Directory is available on the website to help you find professional services your group may need.  And, in order to boost interest and attendance at your Norfolk meeting, the services team can provide brochures, photography, and speakers to provide an overview of the city.

Destination Tours and Event Planning
This vibrant city not only offers great places for delegates to network, but also offers the opportunities for spousal and family tours. Our team will help provide fun activities and itineraries for your group.


Housing Bureau
The Bureau can provide Housing for delegates with two or more hotels with a minimum of 400 rooms on peak night. There is a small cost per reservation.

Registration Assistance
Trained and experienced personnel are available for assistance with your registration process for a nominal fee.

Information Center
We want your group to feel welcome and enjoy their visit to the destination. The Norfolk CVB can arrange for welcome information tables providing visitor information, maps, discounts and event information. Promotional gifts and welcome bags can also be purchased.

Promotion and Publicity
If you are looking for help to spread the word about your convention or group, the Norfolk CVB is glad to assist. The marketing and public relations department can provide digital photography of the destination, press kits and help generate press releases.
