Meetings, Conventions & Reunions

If you’re looking for a friendly, accessible and affordable destination for your next meeting, your search ends here – in Norfolk, the heart of the Virginia waterfront.

Norfolk is the cultural, financial and entertainment hub of the mid-Atlantic coast, and will never disappoint! Centrally located on the Eastern Seaboard, Norfolk is only hours from two thirds of the U.S. population, making getting here and meeting here extremely convenient, not only for your travel needs, but for your budget as well.

“VisitNorfolk was very helpful in planning & executing our conference.  They were open, honest, helpful and flexible! I would recommend them to anyone.”
                   - Rear Admiral Tim Moon Association of the
                     United States Navy (AUSN)

Getting Around Town Could Not Be Easier!
Whether your group decides to stay downtown or at one of our other nearby hotels, you’ll never be more than a 15-minute car, cab or NET bus ride from any of Norfolk’s many great amenities. The Norfolk Electric Transit (NET) is a shuttle bus service running a 2.2-mile circuit through downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. In 2010, the circuit will be even faster with the completion of the 7.4 mile Norfolk Tide light rail system, which will expand access to other areas of our city.
